i say this is SCAMPAY.just my first purchase it was very bad.my first two installments were fine..i always pay in advance but on my third.. the payment failed i tried many times still saying a problem on my card though its good and with sufficient funds.so my deadline came and you charged me of €6(1 day late) and to my surprise the payment went successful once yo added this late fee??? now im on my 4th installment.same thing the payment always fails..then you will charge me again of €6!!!!!!!!!!

It's an awesome idea. Especially for someone who can't really pay full price for something all at once. However, there are some shops listed on the app that don't offer payment with scalapay at all. Expert is one of them. I don't get the option to use scalapay at all. Scalapay doesn't offer any other partners that sell electronic articles aside from Expert. How unfortunate, maybe I'll come back to Scalapay when they have more partners that offer electronic articles or when Expert accepts it.

Exactly two weeks today you took money from my account but didnt approve of the transaction. I have written to you concerning the refund, you keep saying you have refunded that my bank is holding it. Which is a lie because l went to my bank this money. This is now annoying. How can you take the first instalment and promise to do a refund in 24hrs if the transaction doesnt go well, and now its two weeks?Put my money back into my account, this is a theft activity. I have never owed you.
