the app is a pretty basic, behind-the-curve affair. I would have expected a lot better. very non-intuitive user-unfriendly interface with frequent bugs. but you usually get there in the end somehow.

my only negative experience is your refusal to send me a physical ATM Mastercard, even after having requested for it several times. or are you waiting for me to activate a card in your possession. I suspect something is fishy about your refusal to send me a card.

after one year I update one star to still one star. one of the worst help center in banks. I really don't understand why do you have a help center inside in app if the only response you get to call to call center.
