Currently logged out by force: I have never set up biometric login, yet the app starting today is asking me to log in with biometric and I am obviously blocked out

​A pre-authorized payment was charged and then reversed by the merchant, but the charge remains on my account after two months. The counterparty bank tried to contact BBVA to release the funds, but received no response. ​Despite official documentation proving their error, BBVA's customer service ignored the issue, then briefly engaged before cutting off contact. I am now out a significant sum that the creditor never collected. BBVA is not well integrated in the Italian (or EU?) banking system

On Browser nothing happens even after login, they mentioned that we will send a message for verification but not getting at all. At the app, getting error in documents verification as documents loading failed
