It's such a shame all payments, on the main account page, are basically just defined as "Pos payment" instead of the name of the business/place you purchased from. It's very annoying having to open every single one of them just to keep track of your spendings. It would be so helpful for more info to be shown like other banks do, hope it upgrades soon.

The positive impact is that I can book an appointment,have access to my account to effect payments. Sending an email through the app is great but a response never came! Very complicated manoeuvres to be able to view the end-of-year balance and average stock. After a payment is wrongly issued, I should be able to revoke the payment in 10 seconds but it can't be done with the new app so I re-downloaded the old app! I just hope for the best.

You can't change yourobile nber so don't loose your phone!! Me and my partner have a joint account and my phone was broken. We need to use it but you need the verification code which was sent to my number so we thought well just ring and change the number to hers (which is registered to the account ) they told us no ring the actual bank. So they told us they're not able to as it's not part of their duties. We tried loggin in on web and still no. So to this day we haven't been able to change it
