You can freely determine the orientation of the screen.

You can control portrait, landscape, reverse portrait, reverse landscape the four directions.
You can also specify auto direction.
App even horizontally or the other direction does not support, you can switch to force.

I have been using this app for a couple years. It... works. Unfortunately it has ads, which isn't a problem on it's own, BUT- The app opens very quickly, and the ad loads very slowly and then nudges all the options up on the screen right before you tap, so you end up selecting the wrong orientation. Then you have to wait for the wrong orientation to go into effect, which takes a second as it switches back and forth, then wait for the ad to pop up and move everything, AND THEN FINALLY try again.

Finally. A simple screen rotation app where one click offers portrait, landscape, auto, and stop service options without unnecessary color, schemes and all manner of other spurious nonsense that must be plowed through first. If you want to switch from portrait to landscape, one simple quick click get you there instantly. Sometimes less is truly more. Thank you!

Using this on a brand new Huawei MediaPad T3 10. I was finding the upside down apps problems same as others. The main annoyance for me was that the apps I used the most meant that I had to have the device in Portrait with the volume and on/off buttons at the bottom (hidden in the tablet holder!) Not intuitive at all. Add to that if I held the tablet out of its flip holder (I'm right handed) it meant my left hand totally covered the speaker. So pleased to have found this app. Did a lot of reading on Android forums etc before coming here for Screen Rotation Control. Easy to install, and can be uninstalled whereas some can't be. I've monitored it for 24 hrs and it doesn't seem to be affecting my battery usage. I've got it set in reverse portrait and now everything is the right way up. definitely 5 stars for this app.
