The app is good. Setup of the device was a bit weird but went fine. My only complaint is the widgets, a square widget will take up twice its own height (waste of screen space) and the device control widget only opens the app, being able to turn it on/off and set the temp directly from the widget would be nice.

I like the app and was able to manually program a remote for the variable fan. It would be nice for the app to visually show the state of the button. For example, if I open a fan's lid and come back later, the app should show that my lid is still open. Optionally, the audio feedback sharing would be nice. if I press the button with the original remote, it beeps. There's no "beeping" in the app, so you can't tell remotely if the command worked or not. Can you add command logging, at least?

Been hunting for an 'off site' solution to help elderly parents enjoy TV. Every remote I've tried (and I've tried them all) results in either the TV or set top box being out of sync - the result being 'no TV'. Now, when that happens, all they have to do is give me a call and I can turn the TV/Set top back on/off to get things working. Perfect....
