Although they were very helpful and could "take with us" the subscription from city to city (very handy indeed), the app needs some fixing. Limited parking all over Florence I can understand. But as soon as you have rent a scooter you CANNOT see in the map the parking spots. So we went around a long ride and then felt trapped and could not stop to enjoy, because we could not park anywhere. ANYWHERE!

Bad experience with the app/service. I wanted a quick rental for short trip. The process to start this rental was not clearly explained with many steps like taking photos of the ID and selfie. But worse the tarif presented was not true. The rental initiated a bigger transfer to the "wallet". On the account deletion it turned out the rules do not consider any refund of unused amount. Having this information only in the terms of service I consider as scam activity.
