When you open the app, the BIT logo startup animation takes too long with a full 5 seconds of waiting. After that, the map is shown, but it shows Rome regardless of where you are and you have to wait another 2 seconds for it to take the position. Once the right place is shown, however, the zoom is exaggerated, so you have to waste a few more seconds to zoom out. This app is really infuriating when you are in a hurry and if you want to attract people for whom time is money, you need to fix it.

the app works but if you uninstall it and then try to install it later and log in, you can't log on because it asks for a telephone number and then tells you the telephone number is already in use and won't let you proceed, so it's unusable, meaning the bikes are also unusable.

There are places where you cannot park. Left the ride where bicycles usually park and it automatically closed after one hour of not using it but it was still active. So I was charged for the remaining hour. The bike after a few kilometers became difficult to pedal and slowed me down
