When you open the app, the BIT logo startup animation takes too long with a full 5 seconds of waiting. After that, the map is shown, but it shows Rome regardless of where you are and you have to wait another 2 seconds for it to take the position. Once the right place is shown, however, the zoom is exaggerated, so you have to waste a few more seconds to zoom out. This app is really infuriating when you are in a hurry and if you want to attract people for whom time is money, you need to fix it.

I tried BIT Mobility and it was the worst sharing service I’ve ever used. During my ride, the bike suddenly stopped and asked me to verify my identity, leaving me stranded in the middle of my journey for no valid reason. On top of that, during registration the app forces users to answer ridiculous health and safety questions, making the whole process unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. Unreliable service, terrible experience, and absolutely not recommended.

Can't log into my existing account and when I follow the instructions to add a phone number, it says that the number is already registered. Italian technology.
