If you want to spend 2 and a half years playing, only to lose all progress because the game doesn't update correctly, then this is the game for you! Addendum: Thanks for your reply nearly two months later. That speaks much to your concern for your customers. I already tried the FAQs and support back then to no result. I have decided the money and time I put into your game are sunk cost and have moved on. I would not recommend it to anyone.

UPDATE - I have missed out on so many freebies due to the 404 and link errors (even though I linked my game over a year ago.) I have reported this to the support team with no resolution. The glitches, constant freezing and crashing has gone from an annoyance to infuriating. I love the concepts and content, but the ever worsening stability issues need to be dealt with.

I've been playing this game for several years but lately it's been mostly bugs and lag. Even buying packs is buggy and the in game support is unresponsive and does not help at all. I can not recommend anyone to start or play this game in the current state that it is in. A recently released pay-only feature is even working that badly that they added a switch to the game to deactivate it. That's right, they are not fixing it, but you can decide to deactivate this 100€ feature.
