Hi Team, In most of the items the country of origin or made is missing and in some cases its misleading. I bought face mask shipped from South Korea however the item turns out to be made in China. I raised a query as well but it seems it's not getting the right focus. Please make the Made in Country mandatory in product description for more transparency. I can't ask the seller about this information for each item I buy. Thanks

Lately Quick-QX no longer a proper Quick-QX service. In fact it's worsen, you may choose the requested delivery timing but they will send it as late as 5 to 6 hours of your choosen timing without informing. It's time to move on to another platform, been using this apps since 2015 but instead of improving, the service declining tremendously. No point paying slightly more for such service.

It is the best app in buying back in Dec 2018. Items in cart remain in cart. However, I find it difficult, almost impossible to return an item or ask for refund. Now in Jun 2022, I hardly buy from Q10. It has lost its competitive edge. I have decided to uninstall the app.
