iAEON is the official app of the AEON Group that combines "payment", "points" and "store information" into one.

[WAON POINT]
・You can use WAON POINT by presenting your iAEON membership code at the cash register of a participating AEON Group store and telling us the number of points you would like to use. (*1)
・If you have multiple cards registered on smart WAON, you can use the WAON POINTs accumulated from all cards on iAEON.

[Pay with "AEON Pay" or "Mobile WAON"]
・If you register your AEON mark credit card or AEON debit card (*3), you can pay with the AEON Pay code at the register.
(QR/barcode payment) is available.
When making a payment, please indicate that you would like to pay with AEON Pay.
・If you are paying with mobile WAON, simply say "I want to pay with WAON" and hold your smartphone over the reader/writer installed at the cash register. You can pay even if your smartphone is turned off. (※Four)
・You can check your usage history within the app.

*1 There are some stores where membership codes cannot be used.
*2 The number of favorite stores will be expanded gradually.
*3 Some cards are not eligible.
*4 "Mobile WAON" is only compatible with Android devices that are compatible with Osaifu-Keitai® (as of September 1, 2021). Also, please turn on your smartphone's NFC function before making a payment.
*iAEON can be used if you have a mobile phone number that can receive SMS (excluding numbers starting with 050).
*AEON Pay can be used by customers who are 18 years of age or older and have an AEON mark credit card, or by customers who are 15 years of age or older and have an AEON debit card. If a customer under the age of 16 uses Mobile WAON, parental consent is required in advance.

Ratings and reviews

Without any notifications, the app has been log out several times. The cases are just morment I make payments. Very poor service and doubtful for stable use.

the app suddenly logged out. I logged in many time but i couldn't. I tried to reset my password, but the app kept saying my phone number is not valid!!! how stupid the app and who crated it.

I got a message telling me to call a phone number that only accepts calls during the day that was displayed because I had not logged in for a long period of time. That's an old authentication system that is at least 20 years old. It's so old-fashioned, it's mind boggling.
