I'm a writer and I'm super happy that I found this app. It's cross-platform, affordably priced for a premium to unlock a bunch useful features and has nested notebooks with the ability to upload custom covers for the notebooks. It's so easy to use and so intuitive And you can even make templates for easy repeat formatting! In the future I do hope that they allow for more complex templates to be made like like when I need notebooks with the same nested notebooks inside of it for organization.

I have been using upnote premium for years and have been very happy with it, so i was EXTREMELY disappointed to learn that 'for security reasons', future versions of the app will apparently not run on non-standard setups such as rooted devices. this is shockingly excessive for a notetaking app, and i'm extremely displeased that after the years of work I've put into curating my workspaces on upnote, i may have to switch to another app.

I can't say how happy I am to have found this app. I've been looking for years to organize all of my game dev information. UpNote is awesome, supports subfolders (notebooks), perfect sync, export options, beautiful app with customizable icons. It's perfect for me. I've tried all of the main ones: Notion (too slow), Craft Docs (Devs lie, claiming unlimited, but there is a 5-space limit - and they ignore support emails) and the rest. The "do it all" apps never do it any of it well.
