I was using the app for years after purchasing a device. Suddenly today I received an email that my subscription had been canceled. When I called customer service, they said I had to buy a device, then it was going to cost more than double the cost per year to continue my subscription. The rep claimed a notice was sent last year, which is not true, or I would have found a new service ahead of time. The app itself was garbage anyways, dropping calls, echoing, and generally poor quality as well.

I have been using this app for a long time now. It has worked well for me, until recently. It no longer rings when I have an incoming call. I can make calls, but I am unable to receive them. I get a message saying I missed the call. I would love to give the app 5 stars, but it is kinda worthless to me, if I am unable to receive calls. I have missed several very important calls because of this bug. I hope it can be fixed, I just renewed my service a few weeks ago.

Sms seems to be working now, less telemarketing (maybe they are now complying with FCC rules). Still have the annoying prompt for permission to show over other apps that I won't grant to this app and they ask for every time I start the app. The app sometimes shows that there is voicemail, but after calling voicemail there is none. And why are we still having to call voicemail rather than integrating it in the app? This approach mostly died 20 years ago. Will ring sometimes but not allow answer.
