I was taking loan for the first time in Branch. Even though my credit score was bad as an initial gesture they have provided me with the loan of 1000 rupees which is absolutely appreciated so that I can build my credit score through branch. From the app installation till the disbursal of the loan amount it just took 6 minutes. Rapid fast. I would recommend Branch for anyone with a low credit score to get less amount of loan and then build your credit score.

This is a very bad app. I took a loan of 500 from this app, and I also received a loan of 2500, but I was one day late on an EMI. When I paid the EMI the next day, they put me in a waiting period, and that too for a straight 180 days 🤦🏻. And when the waiting period ended, they gave me another 30-day waiting period, even though since then I have taken loans from many other apps and my payments were not late on any app for 6 months, and my cibil is also good. don't install this app .

I’ve been using the Branch app for a while now, and my experience has been really good. The loan process is quick and simple — no unnecessary paperwork or delays. The customer support team is also very helpful and responsive whenever I’ve had questions. The repayment process is smooth, and the reminders help me stay on track. Overall, it’s a reliable app for short-term financial help. Highly recommended!
