Puffin Web Browser is now subscription-based. In addition to the existing $1/month subscription, two new low-cost prepaid subscriptions are available at $0.25/week and $0.05/day. The exact price is subject to the tax, exchange rate, and Google's pricing policy in each country. Puffin's monthly postpaid subscription offers Android's standard 7-day free trial. Puffin's short-term prepaid subscriptions allow users to pay for Puffin only when they need to use Puffin.

The yearly subscription is retired, and existing subscribers should switch to the monthly subscription when it is time to renew.

Ages ago I used to use this app a lot but stopped because it just stopped loading stuff. got curious to see if actually work now cause I wanted to use that gamepad thing it has. but it's a free app with a mandatory subscription (so it's not free.) and I don't think I can actually browse anything without the tacky mandatory subscription. This is just bad honestly. there's no other way to say it. Honestly wouldn't really be surprised if it still can't load things but now there's no way to know.

I just downloaded the browser for the first time after years of no use and the second I loaded it up it gave me a message "unable to access the network" and a button to send logs yet nowhere to send them to? And it is basically and quite literally useless .. which makes me sad seeing as this browser for years have been my ultimate go-to .. will uninstall what a shame.

Puffin was better before the update. Now it's so slow to load in pages. Sometime pages couldn't even load in and requires me to reconnect the server everytime. Before, one refresh would have settled it, but after the update some webs requires multiple reconnections just to end up not loaded in fully again. Please just reverts the update its so annoying. I gave three star because i loved the puffin before the updates.
