Ratings and reviews

Contrary with what people believes about Traveloka, I believe this is one of the worst apps. The apps itself works pretty well, however they were really depending on AI and horribly underestimate human interactions. They really limit our interaction with CS by providing AI, futuristic maybe. But mostly not solving problem at all. I have no idea how in the world they believe this is the future and leave the importance of human interaction

Edit : Talking to Traveloka CS about the refund issue and all they can ask to me is to proof in the app, not from their colleagues email, that the refund period is 4 hours. They should've known that their system change the policy details after the schedule, and, from my perspective, this is just a desperate attempt to blame me and take my money. They just try to cover themselves by saying it's airline policy, where they previously selling the easiness of arranging travel.

Traveloka is a totally incompetent platform when it comes to helping get your refunds.The team is unreliable and does not take enough effort in serving the members. I have been a long time loyal member of Traveloka, and recently, I was unable to travel due to Covid-19. After visiting the doctor, I called Traveloka & sent them my medical records. They said they would try to refund or reschedule my flight. Traveloka failed, and eventually,I had to contact directly with the airline to be successful
