This game was fun in the beginning. However, you can only get so far without having to spend money. And it is a lot. After playing for 3 months I could only play daily if I purchased the golden ticket at £17 per month. 2 months later I spent £100 to keep up.You are being disingenuous when you say you can play for free. Stay away from this game. It is a pay to play money pit. And don't bother apologising. You are not sorry. You don't care as many players are spending ridiculous amounts of money.

Game can be fun and addicting but performance issues crashes and hangs lack of resposiveness make the game said. You just get beat up by people spending more money than you. The focus on stupid graphics effects to slow the game down nice feature but when your whole army gets killed because of it. actually it gets worse all the time. They release a bug fix sometimes fixes problems but usually just generates more that you have to discover. You are a Beta tester to them. Support is Horrible

I made multiple purchases on this game and noticed two charged my company credit card. I asked Google to refund and messaged the developer to send a way to correct the payment and pay on a personal card. The total was $10.64. After this I had also spent $21.28 on a personal payment method. I was told that after all this I was permanently banned because I violated terms that I can't actually read because they are locked behind a sign in page. I have reported this to Google and will be to the BBB
