Ratings and reviews

Danger of recurring payments that are impossible to stop. There is no easy way to cancel a subscription after you enter your payment information and the app starts charging you monthly. Just search for "melon unsubscribe" on internet and you will find that it is impossible to unsubscribe from the app, and this feature is hidden deep in the desktop version of the website. You should be fair with your customers and let us easily unsubscribe when we want to.

I don't understand the complaints here. Like most korean apps you need a korean phone number. Its for verification. The layout can be confusing at first but once you get used to it, its so helpful! I love this app much more than spotify~ For people who can't understand Korean why don't you just use spotify / Apple Music / Youtube Music? There are tons of Korean songs there too. With so many options why are people bashing a Korean Music App for catering to Koreans only?

비추합니다. 와이파이에서는 계속 끊기구요 설정 바꾸라는대로 다 바꿔도 개선되는 건 하나도 없어요. 혹시나 싶어 기기 바꿔서 하고 새로 다운받아서 설정 다시 다 해도 계속 끊깁니다. 이제 해지하고 다른 플랫폼 넘어갑니다. 유료로 쓰는 거 고민하시는 분들 절대 쓰지 마세요. The music streaming keeps getting interrupted and stopped. I've tried all the actions that they recommend to change the settings but it doesn't work - while all other music apps work with no problem. Totally not worth the subscription fee which is not a cheap one to begin with.
