​The app takes a very long time to open, and then it stays stuck on "Connecting..." forever. Even after opening a chat to make a call, it gets horribly laggy and stuck. On top of that, there are way too many ads! When I disconnect a call, the app refuses to close and the call screen doesn't disappear for a long time. My internet connection is extremely fast and all other apps work smoothly, so this is definitely an issue with imo itself. very bad experience 😠😡

Major Bug: During imo audio calls, the screen brightness automatically drops to zero or turns completely black, even when the phone is not near the ear. The proximity sensor works perfectly in all other apps, so this is definitely an imo app coding issue. This bug affects almost all Android phones. Please fix this audio call screen sensor bug in the next update as soon as possible. Thank you.

IMO is one of the best calling apps, but it shows far too many ads. The ads are so frequent that they make me want to uninstall the app. Unfortunately, I have to keep using it because I have no better option. If I had to rate it based on the user experience, I wouldn't even give it one star. Please reduce the number of ads and focus on improving the user experience.
