Disappointed with their customer service. I purchased a game with for my Mac but it doesn't even open and I can't play it. I requested a refund and it was denied because it exceeded the 2 hours gameplay policy. But I didn't even get to play the game. The entire time it was just being verified by computer. I explained this two times and it was still denied. There isn't a number or email to even to use to talk to someone. They don't even care about helping their customers. I don't recommend it.

I don't know what people are complaining about, this app works fine. For clarity, no, this app doesn't allow you to play PC games on mobile, because that's not how software works. It's basically the app version of the steam website, with some additional features. The QR code login feature is VERY convenient, as I frequently need to sign into my Steam account on other devices, and this app lets do it with the push of a button.

Got logged out of the mobile app and desktop at the same time, meaning I can't get a token. Literally every time I try to use another way, I get an email saying that "for my security" I can't recover the account via email or phone. I saved a recovery code. It doesn't work. Steam won't send a code to my phone, either. To top it off, you can't even use the Steam chat in this app anymore. Now it's a separate app. I've never used a worse app in my life.
