Everything went as normal initially with my first 3 completed withdrawals. Afterwards, all the mined BTC had pending withdrawals till date. It is nearly/over a year now since 10 withdrawals have had pending status. I initially gave the 5 stars but I have reduced it to 1 star. Customer care isn't helpful and the instructions on the app gave 5 days as maximum waiting time. Here I am still waiting for my withdrawals to be completed after many months. Their other apps are pretty good with withdrawal

The experience on this platform is terrible. I invested funds, but after 6 months, the return is not even up to the investment (I did not make my investment back, forget about a profit). furthermore, I have requested a withdrawal for more than 3 weeks now, but I am yet to get my funds. Update. Still haven't got my money, and worse of all, you definitely won't recoup your investment, as the payout is less than what you invested.

Easy to use, but withdrawals have been stuck in "processing" for nearly a year and there is no contact for support team to help resolve issues - they have a support form but no one ever gets in touch and it's not actioned! Also found that if you buy boosters, they generally don't make you any profit!
