Slow and awful to use. Adding money fails repeatedly. Slow. Really slow. Did I mention how slow it is. Does anyone at Microsoft actually use this themselves, I'm assuming not or they would know what a soul destroying experience it is. Half the things you need to do, you can't The other half open a web page and require more logging in and more waiting while the wheel spins and spins and spins If it wasn't required that I use this app I would absolutely not ever use it ever.

I like the app, it's great to have the parental controls, especially the time limits and cut off times. I do wish it was easier to add a custom time or just change the time for that day without changing the entire schedule. My kid sends me a request for additional time and I get a request through this app AND Microsoft Family Safety app. Maybe I'm doing something wrong.

Really doesn't track the time on the Xbox well. Seems to often be 15 minutes behind. Has very little ability to be nuanced about timings. So no date based times (no 'holiday mode' you have to change the whole week. No ability to have, say, 2 hours but only after 4 and before 8. So it does the basics and not much more.
