Ratings and reviews

This app used to be incredible for tracking various issues and conditions for my entire family. Since they "refocussed" and released the update, all of that is just...gone. Not only can I no longer add new info, they've erased the data and profiles for the rest of my family. I can't even download it to save the data I already had. The current version of the app? In my opinion, substandard and redundant to the point of being absolutely useless.

This app used to be fantastic. I loved all of the in-depth questions that would be asked. Now the AI has changed and it's more like you write a paragraph and they ask how long you've experienced each symptom you talked about. It's gotten so bad that it suggested the tendonitis in my hands/arms were either leukemia, Lyme disease, sickle cell anemia, Lofgren syndrome (which affects the legs, not arms??), or Fabry disease. Completely ridiculous suggestions for inflamed tendons. Disappointing.

This app used to be fantastic. I used to have assessments dating all the way back to 2017. Now, with the update, all of that is gone. I effectively had to make essentially a new account and my history is wiped. Will not be downloading again.
