Predatory charges. I wish I had read so many reviews about problems canceling unwanted subscriptions. Im on my two week trial,and there is no indication when I started the trial. I see no subscription in the app store, Fixed website no help. I'll cancel in a week and see if they charge PayPal, used to purchase. It says monthly payment plan available, but i see no way to choose monthly or $99@year annual subscription. I want to use this service a couple of months. Im afraid to trust Fixed

Terrible product. I have connectivity issues every time I use it. Absolute waste of 20$. After I cancelled the 99$ subscription product has not worked as promised. Just take your money and buy a scan tool. Must have got a tool made on Monday or Friday if so many love this thing. Or were paid to praise it

Will Auto charge $99 even if you clicked no for subscription. The product itself is ok, got it for $20 so not bad. Does the same as any other basic scanner. Only difference is they try to up sale their membership. I declined when I created my account but was still charged. Id rather use my basic scanner atleast it keep trying to sell me things.
