FIXD helps you better understand your vehicle by translating check engine lights and tracking scheduled service. We've all been there - You're driving along and your check engine light comes on, but what does this light really mean? Avoid ambiguous lights and confusing technical definitions and let FIXD translate your check engine light into simple and understandable terms.

paid for a full year and after about 4 months they took that away and told me to upgrade to get all the features. when I told them that my subscription was still active, they said they had no record of my account. Google Play still shows my subscription with them as active until November 23rd, and I have gone most of the year without the service I paid for. absolute garbage app, don't buy this hardware and definitely don't subscribe to the scam they provide.

Mind that this only works with the FIXD dongle. Will not work with 3rd party dongles. The good thing about it is that it gives you data in plain English, i.e. it doesn't show you just numbers that only mechanics understand. The downside is that it requires you to create an account and it uploads all your scan data automatically. If you have no Internet connection (e.g. underground parking lot) it will scan but will not show you the results until you have Internet access.

what is the point of customer support if they're not going to give support. Especially, it states in the FAQ section if this doesn't work reach out to our support team. I reach out for additional help/support not to get the same answer that I had already tried several times. If the instructions had work there was no need for me to reach out to the customer support team. Since my sensor didn't scan and didn't connect then costing me an additional $900 that I could have avoided in the first place
