Earlier I would have rated this app 5 🌟, but after the recent update features that I use constantly are gone. As a physician and surgeon, medication and suppliers change frequently. I always used the Pill Identifier to verify medication. Now, I can't. One of the best and easiest features of the app is gone. No other app offers this feature. Now I'm livid, and I'm going to uninstall. It's not that I don't use Medscape for it's other resources, it's just that they took my favorite feature away!

the app is content rich (review would be 4 or 5 stars for the content only). however, since it first came out, it has been the buggiest app I have encountered. the main problem through the years has been either a failure to open or signifcant difficulty opening in an android phone. app is kept up-to-date as has my phone (current UI v8, Android 16). The problem has been consistent for years across multiple different android phones very often rendering it unusable.

The app is good and brings about latest information. But now I am faced with a big problem. In its CME section, if I click on any topic ( new or old), it doesn't allow me to enter the activity, saying that service (is) unavailable. This problem is not getting resolved.
