Extremely precise, don't need a watch for that, such a brilliant technology. The flash "see" under your skin and the light detect changes in the blood so it can determine your BPM ect it's called photo-plethysmography. Excellent product . I compare it with the normal 30 seconds rhythm with the fingers and with a watch.. is 95% right most of the time. Easy interface and nice to track your meds too.

Dangerous App, use a proper monitor. If I could give this app zero stars i would. as we all know you can't tell someone has high blood pressure by looking, yet this app uses physical data to guess your blood pressure from it's visuals. it sounds so convenient. Remember ending up in hospital because you got convenient rather than accurate information could ruin your holiday or your life. Blood pressure, monitor it in the tried and tested way. it works

I really enjoy this app once I figured out it wants the tip of my index finger to measure on the camera. So it's difficult to get the exact placement on my Pixel phone, but when it says Preparing and has a lightening symbol, you hold still and the entire circle would light up. The app needs better explanation and help for placement of the finger on the camera. Also some of the explanations for my abnormal heart rhythms would be good, but I'm definitely taking this data to my doctor to check.
