Jennifer Chavez (Jennifer Chavez)
Needs a lot of improvements. Recently lost all tabs except messaging (that doesn't get answered) and a list of all exercises (without daily assignments). Everything else, gone. Before, there wasn't a way to adjust work/rest days, no way to change available equipment. The app is helpful but needs customization work for sure.

4/18: even after detecting my walk and force-syncing the app, it still shows 0 steps. 2/28: no longer ayncing or recording steps. Again. 2/2/2025: no improvement. Steps move in reverse. Will show close to actual steps count, then go backwards by 2,000 or so. 2nd Edit 1/13/2025: still does not track steps or match up to Samsung or Goggle Fit correctly. Got a new option today to sync a detected workout with the app, which was a 20 minute walk, but steps are still off by over 1500.

Functional, sure. But not intuitive or streamlined. The app requires too much micromanaging during a workout. There's no "continue" button, and you have to manually click the timer, then "start timer" underneath each workout (not to be confused with the more obvious, actual button of "update timer") and it creates a very stop-and-go workout rhythm that interrupts the flow and headspace you may get in to.
