This is an easy app to use and the tasks are straightforward. However, my experience with redeeming rewards was extremely frustrating . The payout took much longer than stated, and even now, I never received my redemption despite reaching out several times. It’s disappointing because the earning potential is there, but the unreliable redemption process and lack of customer support make it hard to trust the app. While some users seem to get paid,others like me do not. I ended up deleting the app

Redeemed on January 4 and still waiting for payment. It shows "in review" . Contacted support multiple times but no response. This app as a whole is inconsistent and there's no guarantee you will get your payout. I've been using it since September and there was multiple issues with payouts. Update March 2026: They responded to me saying they processed my cash out but I still haven't received anything. I cashed out again in March and now I have two payouts stuck "in review". Terrible app.

TROUBLES !!!!!! I LIKE THIS APP IN THE BEGINNING but now I'm frustrated as of February 2nd I submitted $10 to PayPal the email address was the same nothing changed but it's been over a month since I submitted that $10 and I still haven't seen it. I'm told to wait 1 to 3 days 3 times now and still NOTHING !!!!!! I THINK THE ISSUE WAS ON THEIR END. I don't know what to do. I need help. HELP !!!
