The app is not user friendly at all! The process was so complicated especially the payment method. The app crashes after payment and refreshed to the main page. I had to check the invoice in my email to know the order number! What a horrible experience and the time taken to order was extremely long! Shouldve queued the line instead.

Rewards did not appear as mentioned. I've purchased many times. Waiting to redeem it but end up don't have. Ask staff they said they also dunno regarding this matter. 🤔

I cant see my order number after i go back pr go home. Hope you can fix that bug to ease everyone so that they didn't have to screenshot or remember their order number
