Ratings and reviews

I have reached out to support twice now over the last week for technical issues. No response. I have just read the reviews re: paying to message someone you've matched with. & the developers' responses. I'm not sure how this is safety related when risk is involved, regardless. Nonetheless, i will stick to MUZZ, which is so much more user-friendly, & their team responds promptly when issues are raised. They have a rate the app & get 24 hr free premium = higher reviews (just a thought) 🤷-deleted

Signed up with good intention even paying for a subscription but despite my filters I keep getting recommended and seeing profiles outside of filter. I have reached out to support team multiple times now with no response except for auto generated responses I have not received any help. It feels like my money has been wasted a really big shame.

It has a lot of problems but when i had to pay to talk to whoever i matched with, that's it i deleted my account, texting is the least that can provide for free
