Awesome way to get one of the best games on the go! I play using the touch controls, and while it'd be awesome to have the button sizes be configurable (d-pad especially is too big for me), you can get used to it, and still controls like a charm. Yes, this uses the modern voice acting/dialogue, not the PS1 Cheesy version, and while I get attachment to the latter, lack if it is far from the end of the world. I definitely recommend getting this port, especially at this price!

Triple edit: yes the control is sometimes tedious, however it is because you as a player are supposed to get used to it. 2D Castlevania games would often require some getting used to controls. I would recommend using a Bluetooth controller if you wish to speed up the process. The rest of the game is fantastic and after almost 2 years I still return to it. Thank you for making SOTN accesibile to a lot of us.

EDIT: I turned on battery saver mode and that fixed it. For context I'm playing on a Pixel 8 pro. TURN ON BATTERY SAVER MODE. I don't know what happened to this game, I used to play it all the time on my old phone and it ran perfectly fine. The onscreen controls were a little clunky but you got used to them. Started it up today while in a waiting room and it's like it's been sped up to 3x speed.
