I downloaded this app with high expectations based on the positive reviews, but I have been thoroughly disappointed. The app is extremely slow and crashes frequently, making it almost unusable. The user interface is cluttered and not intuitive, which makes navigation a frustrating experience. Additionally, many of the features advertised are either locked behind a paywallsimply don't work as intended. Customer support has been unresponsive, and despite several updates, none of the major issue

I downloaded the game animals and coins as directed by the app to play and reach certain levels to get paid. I have been playing and getting credits, but after reaching level 250, I have been given the runaround when I have to be credited with $100. I emailed them, and was told that my money will reflect in my account after 30days. 30+ days later it is still not reflecting. They have even blocked my account, it keeps saying wrong password. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY ON YSENSE.

I was kind of excited to try this survey app. The surveys look like they pay decently, the interface and navigation are clear and easy. But since installing it and signing up three days ago I have not qualified for one single survey. Obviously I know that it is common to disqualify, not to this extent. At this point it is just wasting space on my device and will have to go
