the old version was fine for what I needed, which was mostly adding text and images to silly memes for my friends. nothing very intensive. the new version is unbearably laggy (I have a pixel 9 so there is no reason my phone should be struggling with this app), and between the lag and basic functions now being hidden behind extra sub menus it took 5 minutes to add one (1) text box to an image. edit: i have force restarted and reopened and that has not stopped the issue.

The app is wonderfuly perfect and improved a lot since last year but the unfortunate thing which is wondering and not expected from a number one company in art software is that there is no way for you to change the type direction from LTR to RTL. If you have customers in any languages that the RTL will be needed, there is no way and it's not user friendly at all. I really would love to switch to this app but this lack of option makes me to continue with another app.

so slow, straight up doesn't work. Haven't had any good experience with the mobile app; 2nd instance of trying to edit a video and just get stuck on 'just hang on a moment, it's coming!' and if it ever loads, it's just a blank white screen, which eventually lands back at the start page, at square 1.....slowness means any offline features I might need are usually are better off being addressed in my default gallery app
