My worst experience ever. I tried many fintech apps (with Lithuanian license too), but this one is even not allowing me to start using it, because of constantly failing verification. I tried different documents and contacted customer support multiple times. I started my attempts to open an account on 21 of November, afterwards the support multiple times told me "try again it should work now", but it never happened. Reply time from support is a nightmare too (last one was 14 days). Beware of it!

The app was working perfectly until the last update they did. It's better to take it back to the previous version before this new updated version. Honestly the updated version always lack Internet and does it take longer time to respond to command and at the end it shows "oops it look your Internet is not reachable" which is not the case. The financial institution itself is great but the new version app on Android is bad.

Scam app!!! They automatically subscribed me to their most expensive plan upon registration. When I noticed this I wrote to them immediately, but they refuse to refund me the full amount. Absolute thieves and crooks. I definitely do not recommend. Extremely unfair attitude. Revolut is better choice.
