My worst experience ever. I tried many fintech apps (with Lithuanian license too), but this one is even not allowing me to start using it, because of constantly failing verification. I tried different documents and contacted customer support multiple times. I started my attempts to open an account on 21 of November, afterwards the support multiple times told me "try again it should work now", but it never happened. Reply time from support is a nightmare too (last one was 14 days). Beware of it!

I installed app thinking this was some kind of cashback card for shopping. But from what I've learned, I will need to top up money to this card in order to use It. Seems complicated & found the app very AI driven with no straight forward instructions on how to use. For verification I had to upload Driving Licence & proof of address? for a cashback card? confusing, closing account & uninstalling. I have Zilch and it serves my purpose of shopping discounts, I assumed this was similar. It isn't

More than 80€ p. a. plus heavy service fees for a card most banks offer for free is too expensive. +++++I cannot delete the account again.
