About this app

In the new version you will find account balance, transfers, Your products, BLIK, Santander open, Kantor Santander or the bank's offer.
Adjust the application to yourself. Tell us how to address you and set the wallpaper.

Double-click the Santander logo on your desktop and enable silent mode. Thanks to it, when you are, for example, in a tram, the people next to you will not see how much money you have in your account.

Keep up to date with everything that is happening on your account and card thanks to Alerts24 and quick view. If you use them in the old version of the application, re-enable them in the new one.

In the Price guide, we will tell you how much you need to maintain a Santander account and the monthly fee for the card is PLN 0.

In the Carbon footprint, we show your approximate carbon footprint, based on purchases made with our cards. In this section you will also find tips that will help you save not only the environment but also money.

With the application you can pay contactless with BLIK or Google Pay. If you know BLIK contactless payments from the previous application, re-enable them in this one.

In the application, you can also check your card details, pay for parking and motorway tolls, buy public transport tickets or event tickets, and even flowers.

Quite good application, but still some points to be done: 1. Why do you have a BLIK button on the welcome screen if it is inactive? 2. Same thing on long tap on app icon -> BLIK. 3. I'd prefer to skip authorization at this step and just use my pin/fingerprint to confirm transaction. 4. Please consider adding minimalistic, gradient or one colour backgrounds. Current images are annoying. 5. Every time I press back button in settings I'm throwing to the main screen instead of upper level menu.

You can change the visibility of the BLIK code before logging in, please go to BLIK - Settings - Other BLIK Settings - BLIK payment at the POS terminal and the code presentation before logging in. It's a good bank overall, the staff is friendly and supportive in English. Banking with Santander also gives you a sense of security. I recomend the bank following my 2.5 years using it. The only downside on my opinion is the fact that the app notifications still in Polish, though the language of the app is English. Making the English-speaking users of the app lose interest in the notifications (it's tiring and time-consuming having to translate all the time).

I have lost trust to Santander with this new version of the app. Weird, bad quality UI, animation glitches. It is nothing comparing to the fact the update process clears configuration of mobile NFC payments via phone. I have been left with a basket full of goods, unable to pay in the store with my phone. Couldn't even fastly reconfigure mobile payments due to bugs in the app, due to completely not useful features like a possibility to set a wallpaper... who has designed it :D UX hard. Really.

What's new

We have added several features to the latest version:
-we have simplified the appearance and shortened the number of steps in a domestic transfer
-we have separated domestic transfers from foreign currency and international transfers
-we simplified the appearance of BLIK code payments and BLIK transfer to mobile
-we changed the launching of the Quick view- it is now displayed at the top of the login screen
-Favourite recipients - you can add a recipient with a foreign currency or foreign account
