Ratings and reviews

Looks and works like a scam. It works like a fishing app, by asking you to fill in your bank details, asking to install additional apps, where you have to create accounts, details... and fail on the end. Support is non existing, with some info line number, with limited abilities. It shouldn't be realised into production from Betha realise.

after last update the app showed only a white screen after login, I reinstalled it but now cannot even add any docs, this happens on Samsung and Huawei. Adding updated feedback: finally installation went fine, I suspect the app got unsuccessful response from API call while adding user ID docs and crashed showing a blank screen. Your devs have to show an error page saying that external service is not available at the moment for ex. Otherwise users will think that actually obywatel is buggy

can't login, only ID card allowed, can't use passport. how to use it if ID card (dowód osobisty)expired? it's not possible.
