The app itself is fantastic, there's no denying that. However, I can't help but wonder why your videos present so many inconveniences. They crash frequently, which is incredibly frustrating. It almost feels as if you intentionally make it difficult to achieve the goal. Additionally, the constant pop-up asking if I want to continue watching every minute is incredibly annoying. Please consider making improvements to enhance the user experienc

Too many glitches in app. Sometimes the ads won't load and other times the ads run out. Also I played a game on tapjoy reached level 500 and did not get rewarded. App is time consuming and the benefits are small. Does not require your full attention to watch videos so it can be used while doing other stuff. App is easy to use and an easy way to make free money.

I have been unable to complete any tasks on the help application since I downloaded it. Whenever I attempt to fill a survey, I get disqualified. I also tried to watch a video, but the application kept redirecting me to download it from Google Play store, even though I had already downloaded it and verified my account. Basically, I have not been able to perform any activity on the app, and as a result, I would rate it with only one star.
