app likely no longer in use. in a year and a half there have not been any new tasks. I've been trying to reach out but they just keep telling me to keep checking back which I've done almost daily. but even back when there were tasks, they were things like scavenger hunts for products not carried by the store. impossible to complete and time consuming. I used the app for months and I have only made $2.16 TOTAL. don't waste your time.

The biggest disappointment app. No tasks whatsoever to speak of. I understand tasks takentime to secure, but for nearly an entire year?!? I have money sitting in the Premise app wallet with no way of retrieving it because I'm short of the minimum $10 to cash out. At least unlike another app, I get a reply back. Too bad it's the same generic message each and every time. It's likens support doesn't care. At this point, keep your money, and waste someone else's time and phone space. I'm done.

Description of what I gotta find is not exactly straight forward. Especially with Casey's. I thought it was easier but what they request are items that has to be made and shown to the cashier, there is no barcode for those. And when I do find any of the items, which was only one in Casey, it didn't have the same barcode. It was hard to find any items for hyvee or even price chopper. Whether it be the item itself or the item not having the same barcodes. Wasted an hour and 30 min finding items.
