I sure can't make an app that does this, and I say it shows speeds very well. points oit how bad att really stinks. that 5g+ is seldom found and if you are lucky today, don't bet on it being available on a solid basis. And, when I do connect it defaults to some server hundreds of miles away. I enjoy speedtest, it's the standard, we all have a base to judge speeds and chose different servers for the test. who knows what server we do connect to when we go online.

Pretty much the best network speed testing app I've used. It is really useful for testing not only basic cellular and WiFi networks, but also assessing speed differences between various DNS and VPN connections. You can switch between single or multiple simultaneous connections for speed testing, and you can also adjust the scale and units of measurement.

The app does what is intended well. It give a reliable speed test. However, even when you fully close the app it continues to track information about you through google and comscore. I strongly recommend uninstalling the app and using the website instead via your browser. It gives just as reliable test but you can close the page and it is gone. No hidden data or battery usage that way.
