Ratings and reviews

Happn has fewer settings than similar apps and notably lacks a filter for languages spoken, so you have no idea if you can communicate with a match, particularly if you don't speak the local language in your area. A distance setting is also missing. It's not good enough simply to look for local matches if someone might be willing to relocate within a country for the right match. E-mail verification fails with a server error, and support says it cannot be verified later. Not worth paying for.

This app seems to have all kinds of problems. I'll get a notification of a match, and I'll click on it, then try to click on the profile of my match and I just get a spinning loading wheel that never loads. The only thing that seems to work is closing the app and reopening it. Other times, when looking at my matches, I will click yes or no on someone. I briefly see a flash of my next match before it disappears and takes 10 seconds to load, sometimes it will happen 3 times before finally loading

Very poor app, I had received a message from the user and as soonas he responded the notification came that crush no more available, I was not able to search the ID and was not even able to see the recent chat. Yesterday I had paid the money and today the app is showing no more suggestions, then what I have been charged for??? Not even search option i could find and customer support options also... Verry very poor service
