The app is great! Until you're ready to cancel your subscription. You'll go through all the steps in the app itself and through your app store, disconnect your card, cancel the subscription, and then they charge your card again. You reach out to customer service and "they don't allow refunds." They conveniently make it difficult to cancel so you keep paying for something you no longer want.

I've tried this app a few times without success. It is very hard to get matches on this app. Also, here i live you run out of people to swipe on after a few weeks. And they don't come back after a while like in some other apps. Pricing plans are also very expensive, not worth for reasons mentioned above. I tried boosts and premium but got nothing. I do like the UI, profile options and the idea behind the app. But it's a waste of time.

Pay to match, and what's even more insane, is after I started paying my matches went down! The app started recommending people from 20 miles further than my maximum distance, all in quick and extended succession. The ratio of swipes to matches absolutely crashed after paying for premium. I'm cancelling after just two weeks. Extremely expensive and not even close to value for money.
