With hate from Riyadh. really disappointed with the recent order experiences. Every time I order the food from the menu, I receive call from the CS saying that the selected order is not available. It happened twice in my recent orders and CS team tell me that they have the ERP issue where the availability of the item is not reflected on the menu. This is not an acceptable excuse from a company like Hunger, and this is being repeated. Anyhow, I prefer to delete my account. Keeta is great!

Very disappointing experience. I was wrongly charged for delivery that should have been free, and support didn't resolve the refund. They also refused to change something in my order and it wasn't going to change the price and it was just minutes after I placed it, even before it was prepared. Customer service was unhelpful, and the chat even closed while I was still typing. I won't be ordering again.

What's in the apps? I only added to cart and viewed the order but did not click the "place order" yet because I was thinking to change my order, and my other phone was ringing also so I had to pick up the call first. When I came back, I was shocked to see that my order has been processed and on it's way even though I did not click the "place order"!
