About this app

Absher App is the official application of the electronic platform for the Ministry of Interior's services, providing individuals services to citizens, residents and visitors.

Absher app supports both Arabic and English, allowing you to benefit from a wide range of services available for individuals through the app.

The app has been carefully designed and developed with a strong focus on privacy and security standards, ensuring that you can safely view your personal data, as well as the data of your family members and domestic workers. You can also conveniently access various e-services provided by the Ministry of Interior.

Ratings and reviews

Although the app is useful, I can't change my Iqama's personal phone, the app keeps crashing whenever I proceed with payment for the service, along with my phone it acts as if it restarted, I'm using it on a Huawei y8s. Note payment in other app go well.

I have been trying to update my mobile number in kiosk machine for more then 1 hour and it's showing error and in website it shows I can update my number through app but I don't find any options. I'm staying in Amaala and the nearest kiosk machine is one hour away in Al wajh. please improve this. I'm not being able to open my bank account until my Iqama registered number is updated in absher

I am very satisfied with this app. It is easy to use, reliable, and very helpful. Highly recommended!
