I have been stuck with a debit block for over a month, despite making several follow‑up calls and sending multiple emails with all the documents they requested. Instead of resolving the problem, they suddenly marked my case as “closed” without actually fixing anything. Because of this, 5924.72 SAR of my money is still blocked, and I cannot withdraw or transfer it. This has put me in a serious financial crisis, and the bank has shown zero urgency or responsibility. Extremely disappointing service

Extremely disappointing experience. I made an international transfer 4 days ago, and the money is completely stuck with no explanation. The funds were deducted instantly, but the transaction hasn't been processed. Customer support is incredibly poor and unhelpful, only telling me to wait without giving any real updates. Highly unreliable for sending money.

Very disappointing experience with D360. Before, international transfers were credited within 10–15 minutes, 30 minutes, or at most within 3 hours. Now, transfers are taking 3–4 days without any proper explanation. Customer support is also very poor. They don't provide clear responses, and if you follow up or ask firmly, they simply ask you to wait another 3–4 days until the money is returned to your D360 wallet. If you try the international transfer again, it can take another 3–4 days.
