I think insta is great, but I have no idea what's going on at the moment, but all the reels and stories with videos for me are so low quality and lagging. The sound is also sobout of sync. I've tried reinstalling, making sure there is a connection, clearing cache and etc. Nothing seems to fix this. I've heard many others are also having this issue, guessing it's probably something to do with instagrams side. Otherwise, I think instagram is a good platform

For about 3-4 months, I have been unable to log in via my phone on the app. Computer and browsers work perfectly fine. If I copy and paste the password from the browser into the app, it says incorrect password. I have restarted, uninstalled, and done everything I could think of. The app won't even allow me to create a new account. I can't email a support person because Meta is completely incompetent at responding to support.

I hate that they're focusing on reels to beat tiktok that they forget who they really are. There's so many things to fix in IG.... (1) Being able to upload both landscape and portrait orientation in one post without cropping, (2) being able to post for than 10 posts, (3) not cropping our portrait photos. Instagram can be a tool for quick portfolio too!
