Ratings and reviews

I've used this app in the US and Europe. Some reading is required to get it set up, but it works fine except that every time the phone is powered off, the APN that was added (alosim) to use the esim dissappears and has to be added again. I have contacted Alosim support a few times about it and have never been given a solution. I'll be using a different esim app next time.

Speed is mostly LTE at best in Thailand, Japan, Taiwan. Had issues with extended outages and was given an alternative APN to use in Japan and Had to use it in Taiwan as well. Considering they are at the premium cost level the performance is not meeting that price.

Had problems initially in India as the esim stated active but nothing happened. Scanned the QR code for the second time and that jump-started the process. Had the same issue in Thailand. Do not know why one has to go through the process twice, especially as on the first attempt it says activated, but nothing happens. Once properly activated everything worked fine and it is wonderful to be able to get around without worrying about a sim and coverage. I would certainly recommend AloSim.
