Such a bland name! Try Googling Windows App and see how many irrelevant results you get. Thankfully, the massive thumbnails for each PC can now be reduced (although the app forgets this option if you back out of the app to exit). I can't see how to scan my network to retrieve computer names which you need to set up a connection. Luckily, I still have the old RD app so had to use that to grab names.

BUG: This app when it connects is good. but that is the issue. It only connects on ip (which is dynamic) and not on desktop name - they option is there according to documentation, but it hasn't worked for me. and the connect is also unstable. most of the time it doesnt connect, then i leave it alone for a bit and connect and it does. I am not changing my settings in any manner

since they updated the original RDP app, this new one is complete bs. the configuration says PC name without any hint that's where the IP should go. then all the other options are not visible if your phone is in dark mode. this is the perfect example of if it works don't touch it, but then they always decide to renew something breaking it in the process.
