Ratings and reviews

Had issues multiple times where either the driver didn't deliver the whole order or dropped the order and spilt items on the road. They don't refund the delivery charge, so if you reorder the missing/destroyed items, you have to pay delivery a second time, meaning you are paying extra for their error and the added inconvenience!! Appalling level of service

Fraud is how they make their money!! Check what you've spent in the app Vs what's been charged to your bank. Realising all those 1-2 pound refunds that were to come through, haven't. Always the original charge, never adjusted. All these apps are designed to scam the customer by putting an intermediary between you and the retailer. We've probably been asked to agree to it on the user agreement. The more one knows. The recent discount codes done apply either.

The recent discount promo, which takes off £7 out of your order, just does not work. It still offers you the offers on the menu, but when you try to apply the voucher, it just says that it's not available in current location and only restaurants with promo codes. Why are you offering the promo codes then for me. This is just the latest of many issues with the discounts I had recently when discounts would disappear or would not be applied. Is this just the way how they attract customers?
