Overall I believe its OK but it has a huge glitch for me. After I take the order from the restaurant, the button to navigate to the customer doesnt work. It always tell me I am too far frombthe customer. Even if I am 200 feets away, I still get that message. So I need to manually copy-paster the adress in the satnav app. Once at the customer door, the apps button change to "Arrived". Quite frustrating when your hands are full.

Very disappointing experience with Deliveroo Rider Support. After working hard and completing many orders, my account is being terminated based only on estimated times, without properly considering real situations on the road. I explained multiple times that delays were caused by app-related issues such as stacked orders, missing items at collection points, and notification problems — all outside my control. Unfortunately, none of this was seriously considered. It feels unfair

new update 26.11.3 very heavy and that is not good, hanging cell phone and working very slowly. next problem is this problem happens in many delivery apps (like Deliveroo or Glovo) in cities like Milan and other parts of Italy. Some riders use rooted phones + fake GPS apps to show their location near busy restaurants such as McDonald's or Burger King even when they are far away. Because the system thinks they are closest, they receive many orders.
