Overall I believe its OK but it has a huge glitch for me. After I take the order from the restaurant, the button to navigate to the customer doesnt work. It always tell me I am too far frombthe customer. Even if I am 200 feets away, I still get that message. So I need to manually copy-paster the adress in the satnav app. Once at the customer door, the apps button change to "Arrived". Quite frustrating when your hands are full.

Splitting large orders between 2 drivers doesn't work. Often, the first driver to arrive takes all the items leaving nothing for the second driver. An order notification needs to state that an order will be split, as currently we don’t know until we are at the restaurant/supermarket. At least then the drivers know there is a risk of a wasted journey. Secondly I shouldn't have to verify my identity while driving! The app knows when I am mobile, so please ask for this before I am back in my car.

Recently during weekend I can't log in. it says there is a problem and they are working to fix it as soon as possible. Im not going to go into the details about the payment and distance as this was always a problem.
