Overall I believe its OK but it has a huge glitch for me. After I take the order from the restaurant, the button to navigate to the customer doesnt work. It always tell me I am too far frombthe customer. Even if I am 200 feets away, I still get that message. So I need to manually copy-paster the adress in the satnav app. Once at the customer door, the apps button change to "Arrived". Quite frustrating when your hands are full.

I've been a rider for 6 years. The app when I first began was easy to use and the pay rates were very good and competitive. Now there are WAY too many changes to the app that have seemingly coincided with pay cuts. They pay based on time rather than on mile making the money difficult to earn for amount of mileage you do. It makes their competitors who pay per mile more appealing. The changes made in the last year are pointless. The app is slow to update on busy areas. Needs to be automatic.

Every single update makes this app worse and worse. Can't even reject orders that are marked as "Ready to collect" even when it could be 5-15 mins until they are actually ready. NFC tag doesn't work anymore. You removed the estimated ready time for orders. Adding frankly offensive additional orders for less than £1. An absolute joke of a company, almost as bad as Just eat and I never thought I'd say that.
