Overall I believe its OK but it has a huge glitch for me. After I take the order from the restaurant, the button to navigate to the customer doesnt work. It always tell me I am too far frombthe customer. Even if I am 200 feets away, I still get that message. So I need to manually copy-paster the adress in the satnav app. Once at the customer door, the apps button change to "Arrived". Quite frustrating when your hands are full.

I have very few complaints about the app. It is responsive and probably the most user friendly compared to uber or justeat. I just hate when I have to call up the team as it can be long while you're out there trying to earn money. Edit: A customer cancelled their order when I got to their address nearly 10miles away. Rider support are only giving me £2 for travelling all that way. Disgraceful and insulting to riders

"I have recently downloaded a rider application, and the issue I encountered is that as soon as I entered my ID, an order immediately appeared. Despite the fact that I had not yet set the application status to online, not completed the face verification, not granted access to Google Maps, an order still came through. Furthermore, I was unable to accept that please fix that bug
