Could use the app to transfer money internationally before. Recently, it has fully stopped due to their OTP emailing issue. They only send OTP now to local cell no, NOT emails. So, if you're traveling without BD SIM, forget all your money in UCB. Now it's a full on useless app. Have tried diff ways to talk to someone, they copy and paste email answers all the time. Poor planning of policy/app developers. Don't think of using Unet for international transactions.

Lots of bugs!!! Can't connect with server for unbilled credit card statement. Transaction history is incorrect. Incorrect Outstanding and limit data is shown.

1. It would be better if there were an option to delete/remove active devices from Device History. 2. There should be an option to turn the Foreign Part (Dual Currency) on/off from the app. 3. Adding a beneficiary for mobile recharge is very annoying. I don’t see the necessity of adding a beneficiary just for recharges. 4. It would be good to have an option to close an FDR or turn off auto-renewal. 5. When clicking on the FDR/DPS option, it often takes a long time to load or doesn’t load.
