Totaly regret paying for travel coverage . No peace of mind with this "insurance". I have tried several times to access this site and more often than not ,it does not work. I had to send them an email to get access. So it's reasonable to wonder if in case of an emergency the multitude of phone numbers that you are given actually work or even answered. Email first before treatment ??!! If this was an emergency , these folks are not home . From reading the reviews I am not alone .

I wish you could easily see remainder of benefits. The application could be better. Insurance coverage and submitting claims, it's been a great experience

It takes forever for the claim to submit with this app. It also takes forever to receive the payment. Sun Life is much easier and faster.
