I hate this app so much for these 3 reasons: 1. You can't store multiple payment methods. So if you have more than one checking account, you have to delete one account and add the other one every time you want to make a payment. 2. If you make a mistake on your payment, too bad because you can't edit it or delete it. You can only delete "scheduled" payments, not "pay now" payments and customer service won't delete it for you either. 3. You have to enter a text message code with every login.

One of the most inaccurate, unreliable apps I've ever used --particularly aggravating since it is a financial app! Sometimes payments made in the app are credited immediately, but more often take 5 - 10 business days to post, even after I receive text alerts saying my payments have been received and my $ is long gone from my bank. Where does my $ go between the time it leaves my checking account and finally posts at Imprint? Imprint's customer disservice is a pathetic joke!!

I like the card but every few weeks I get random texts that tell me sorry we had trouble with your account and please contact support from the app. I'm never sure what this is from as I use the card for most of my purchases and it does not really happen fire toy after a purchase. annoying as I never know why the app is accessing my account.
